Booking policy

C. Commercial Supplement — Current Group Cohort cohort-2026-09

This supplement applies only to the cohort configured as cohort-2026-09. It is not a global policy for every future training.

1. Current offer

  • Business status: registration is open now.
  • Training starts: Sunday, September 27, 2026.
  • End date: Sunday, October 18, 2026.
  • Sessions: September 27, October 4, October 11 and October 18, 2026.
  • Format: four Sundays, approximately four hours each Sunday, for 16 total hours.
  • Delivery: in person with Edou Jay at Puits-Blain, Delmas 75, Port-au-Prince.
  • Price: 6,500 HTG / $50 USD.
  • Manual payment methods: 6,500 HTG.
  • Online amount applicable only if an approved online method is enabled for this offer: $50 USD.
  • Payment deadline for this cohort only: September 26, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM, America/Port-au-Prince time.

September 27, 2026 is the training start date, not the registration-opening date.

2. Schedule preference and assignment

The customer selects a preference:

  • morning: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM;
  • afternoon: 1:30 PM–5:30 PM.

This preference is not an assignment. Morning and afternoon schedules are activated separately according to real paid demand. No unconfigured threshold or seat count is promised publicly.

After payment is verified, the registration and seat are confirmed. If no schedule has been assigned yet, assignment remains pending; the customer has nothing else to pay or do. Edou Jay then assigns one active schedule. Once confirmed, the same schedule applies to all four Sundays. Payment does not choose or activate the schedule.

3. Cancellation and refunds for the current cohort

  • Cancellation request received no later than September 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM, America/Port-au-Prince time: full refund.
  • Request received after that deadline but before training begins: refund of 50% of the amount paid.
  • After training begins, or when the participant misses a Sunday: no refund for that reason.
  • If neither the morning nor afternoon schedule is activated: full refund.
  • If only a schedule different from the participant’s preference is activated, the participant may decline that schedule and receive a full refund.
  • If Edou Jay cancels the entire cohort: full refund.
  • If Edou Jay materially postpones the cohort or materially changes one or more authoritative training dates, the participant is notified. The participant may accept the revised dates and remain registered, or decline the material change and receive a full refund.

The seat, payment and balance cannot be transferred to another person, another cohort or a future offer. No future credit is created.

4. Participation and certificate

The participant works on their own project. A computer is strongly recommended for website and online-store work; a phone can be used for content, marketing and communication.

Payment does not automatically guarantee a certificate. For this cohort, eligibility requires attendance on at least three of the four Sundays, completion of the required practical work, completion of the final project and any required make-up work for a missed session.

D. Commercial Supplement — Current Private-Coaching Offers

This supplement applies only to the current private_one_skill and private_complete offers. Future private offers may have different prices, durations, validity periods and explicitly approved policies.

1. One-skill coaching

The customer selects one skill: professional website creation, online-store creation, AI content creation or digital marketing.

  • Duration: 3 hours.
  • Zoom: 6,500 HTG / $50 USD.
  • In person with Edou Jay: 9,100 HTG / $70 USD.
  • Normal use: within 30 days after payment is verified.
  • Included support: seven days of brief implementation-question support after the session.

2. Complete private program

  • Four three-hour sessions, for 12 hours.
  • All four skills are developed around one real project.
  • Zoom: 26,000 HTG / $200 USD.
  • In person with Edou Jay: 32,500 HTG / $250 USD.
  • Normal completion: within 60 days from the first session.
  • Included support: brief implementation-question support during the active 60-day period.

There is no public two-skill package and no public two-skill price. A need involving two or three skills or complex/custom work requires a conversation and, when appropriate, a separate quotation.

3. Booking and delivery

Payment must be verified before booking access opens. Only three-hour slots opened by Edou Jay may be booked:

  • 7:00 AM–10:00 AM;
  • 10:30 AM–1:30 PM;
  • 2:00 PM–5:00 PM.

There are no Saturday sessions and no private sessions on an active group-training date. Other Sundays are closed unless Edou Jay explicitly opens a specific Sunday. No session may continue to or beyond 6:00 PM. In-person sessions take place only at Puits-Blain, Delmas 75, Port-au-Prince. Edou Jay does not travel to customers.

Changing the skill or modality after payment requires contacting Edou Jay. No price, balance or availability change is automatic.

4. Rescheduling, cancellation, no-show and refunds

  • The customer may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • A late cancellation or no-show normally counts as a used session and is non-refundable.
  • A reasonable emergency may receive an exception at Edou Jay’s discretion; every exception must be recorded.
  • Before any first session has been delivered, a cancellation communicated at least 24 hours in advance qualifies for a full refund.
  • If no first session has been booked and no session has been delivered, the customer may cancel and receive a full refund.
  • For a complete program that has already started, an eligible refund is calculated as: amount paid × number of undelivered sessions ÷ 4. A session counted as used because of a late cancellation or no-show is not an undelivered session.
  • After a one-skill session, no refund is due for the session that was delivered or consumed.
  • Unused sessions after the applicable validity period expires are non-refundable unless Edou Jay caused the delay.
  • If Edou Jay cancels a session, the customer may accept a new date or receive a proportional refund for the undelivered session. If no session was delivered and the service cannot be rescheduled, the refund is full.
  • If Edou Jay cannot deliver the remaining portion of a partially completed complete program, he refunds the proportional value of all remaining undelivered refundable sessions.
  • Packages and sessions are non-transferable and do not become credit toward another offer.

The rescheduling and no-show rules determine session use; the refund rules above separately determine financial rights.

5. Support limits

Support is brief and limited to implementation questions related to the purchased offer. It is not unlimited, available 24/7 or a substitute for booked Zoom sessions. It does not turn coaching into a service completed entirely for the customer.

6. Certificates for the current private offers

For the current complete private program, certificate eligibility requires completion of all four sessions, the required implementation work and the final project.

For the current one-skill coaching offer, the certificate may cover only the selected skill and requires completion of the session and required practical implementation. A one-skill customer never receives a four-skill certificate.
