1. Controller and contact
Jeanty Edouard, operating under the name Edou Jay Formation Professionnelle, processes the information needed to present offers, register customers, process payments, manage bookings, deliver services, provide support and protect the service.

2. Information processed
Depending on the action taken, the following categories may be processed:
- name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number and preferred language;
- selected offer, skill, modality, schedule preference and answers required for registration;
- an optional short project description;
- registration reference, status and history;
- payment method, amount, currency, status, provider or manual reference, and information needed for a refund;
- package status, slots, bookings, rescheduling, attendance, no-shows and operational details;
- minimum progress information needed for certificate eligibility and minimum certificate data;
- technical, security, consent and administrative logs needed to protect the service’s integrity.
The website never asks for customer project passwords or private payment credentials in the registration form. Full card or PayPal-account details are handled by the relevant provider and must not be stored in the website database.
3. Uses
This information is used only to:
- present and verify offer eligibility;
- save a registration and create a reference;
- determine the authorized amount and currency;
- process, verify and reconcile a payment or refund;
- confirm a seat or package after verified payment;
- assign a group schedule;
- open and manage paid private booking;
- deliver Zoom or in-person information privately;
- provide support, track sessions and administer minimal certificate records;
- send necessary transactional communications;
- prevent fraud, protect accounts, resolve incidents and maintain an audit trail;
- meet accounting, tax, legal and dispute-related obligations that genuinely apply.
4. AI-powered Offer Guide
The Offer Guide is a limited offer-recommendation tool, not a chatbot. When structured answers are sufficient, a server-side model classifies them together with the optional short project description, when provided.
- Free-text description is optional.
- Contact details, payment data, references, bookings and customer records are not sent to the model.
- The model never decides price, currency, availability, schedule, policy, payment, confirmation or booking.
- Model output is limited to authorized codes and validated before display.
- Free text remains in memory while the guide is being used and is not saved in the application’s local or session storage; it is cleared on full reset or when leaving the guide.
- Temporary structured guide choices and offer selection may be kept in session storage to continue the same journey; they are validated before reuse and do not persist as a permanent profile.
- The application does not retain raw model request or response logs. Minimal telemetry may retain schema version, result type, a fallback/error category, latency and timestamp.
Before public activation, the operational notice must accurately identify the AI provider in use and any retention imposed by that provider. No retention claim is made beyond the capabilities genuinely configured in the service.
5. Necessary providers and disclosures
Necessary information may be disclosed to providers that perform a selected or required function, including secure hosting and database services, the Offer Guide AI provider, Stripe, PayPal, MonCash, NatCash, a bank, WhatsApp, Zoom, email services and professional advisers when needed.
Only the information needed for the relevant function may be disclosed; no additional information may be disclosed for that function. A provider’s own terms may also apply when the customer uses its service.
6. Browser storage
The website may use local storage for an already-selected language preference and session storage for temporary Offer Guide state and offer selection. Values are validated when read and cleared when their structure is no longer valid.
No non-essential analytics, advertising profile or marketing tracker may be activated in the initial product without an explicitly approved decision, separate notice and separate consent mechanism.
7. Retention
Unless a legal, accounting, tax or dispute obligation requires a different period, the approved retention periods are:

After the applicable period, information is securely deleted or anonymized unless it remains necessary for a genuine legal, financial, security or dispute obligation.
8. Security and access
Private data is limited to the relevant customer and authorized administrator. A public reference does not grant access to the record. Sensitive operations, including manual verification, refunds, schedule assignment and booking, use access controls and an audit trail.
No system can guarantee zero risk. If an incident occurs, Edou Jay Formation Professionnelle takes reasonable measures appropriate to the incident and applicable obligations.
9. Customer requests
The customer may request correction of inaccurate information or deletion of information that is no longer necessary. A deletion request may be limited when retention remains necessary for a payment, refund, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute, legal obligation or certificate integrity.
A request must allow the requester’s identity to be reasonably verified without collecting more information than necessary.
