Edou Jay teaches, demonstrates, guides, reviews, corrects, troubleshoots and helps with implementation. The participant takes an active part. Complex custom sites, custom software, large catalogues, advanced automation, complex integrations and extended work completed on your behalf require a separate professional quote.

One skill: seven days of brief support for implementation questions after the session. Complete program: brief support during the active 60-day coaching period. Support is not unlimited, not available 24/7, and does not include unlimited private lessons.

• Payment occurs before any scheduling.
• Exact dates and times come only from administrator-opened slots.
• One reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• A late cancellation or no-show normally counts as a used session.
• Reasonable emergencies remain at Edou Jay’s discretion.
• A one-skill session is normally used within 30 days of payment.
• The complete program is completed within 60 days of the first session.
• Possible windows (7:00 AM–10:00 AM · 10:30 AM–1:30 PM · 2:00 PM–5:00 PM, America/Port-au-Prince time) are scheduling templates, not live availability.
• No Saturdays. Other Sundays are available only when explicitly opened.
• No private session on September 27, 2026, October 4, 2026, October 11, 2026, October 18, 2026.
• No session begins or continues at or after 6:00 PM.
• Online meeting details remain private.
• In-person coaching occurs only at Puits-Blain, Delmas 75, Port-au-Prince. Edou Jay does not travel to clients.
