A. General Terms of Service
1. Identity, contact and eligibility
The services are offered by Jeanty Edouard, operating under the name Edou Jay Formation Professionnelle, referred to in these terms as “Edou Jay Formation Professionnelle.”

Offers are available only to people who are 18 years of age or older. By registering, the customer confirms that they are at least 18 and that the information they provide is accurate.
2. Offers and applicable documents
Edou Jay Formation Professionnelle may offer multiple trainings, cohorts, workshops, group programs or private coaching services. Each offer has its own approved configuration, which may specify:
- its identifier and offer type;
- its status and registration period;
- its title and presentation;
- its price, currency and authorized payment methods;
- its dates, sessions, deadlines and delivery rules;
- availability or capacity only when genuinely configured;
- its applicable cancellation and refund policy;
- whether booking is required after payment;
- its confirmation behavior after verified payment.
The review page displays the facts that apply to the selected offer before the customer chooses a payment method. Those facts and the accepted policy versions are recorded with the registration. A later change to the public offer does not retroactively change a purchase that was already recorded.
The terms of a current offer do not automatically apply to a future offer. Each new offer must have its own facts and policies explicitly approved before its payment methods are activated.
3. Nature and limits of the services
Training and coaching are practical services delivered with Edou Jay. The customer actively participates in their own project.
Services may include explanation, demonstration, guided implementation, review, correction, troubleshooting and next actions. They are not an unlimited service in which Edou Jay automatically completes the entire project for the customer.
Complex custom websites or software, very large catalogs, advanced automations or integrations, and extensive work completed entirely for the customer require a separate professional quotation. No price or delivery timeline for that work may be inferred from a training or coaching offer.
Results depend on factors including the project, the customer’s starting level, participation and implementation. No number of customers, revenue, quick wealth or specific business result is guaranteed.
4. Website registration process
When an offer supports website registration, the normal flow is:
offer selection → adaptive form → review → payment-method selection → payment.
The website first saves the registration and creates a unique, human-readable reference before opening Stripe, PayPal or WhatsApp. The reference proves only that the request was saved; it does not prove that payment, a seat, package, schedule or appointment is confirmed.
The form requests only the information needed for the selected offer. The customer may correct their choices before payment. The server determines the eligible offer, amount and currency from authorized configuration; the browser cannot calculate or replace them.
5. Confirmation boundary
Only verified payment confirms a group-training registration/seat or a private-coaching package.
None of the following constitutes confirmation:
- submitting the form;
- saving the registration;
- creating a reference;
- selecting a payment method;
- opening WhatsApp or sending a WhatsApp message;
- sending a screenshot or customer-claimed proof;
- a redirect or page that appears to indicate success;
- returning from Stripe or PayPal without server verification;
- a payment that remains pending or processing.
When an offer has a separate post-payment schedule assignment, verified payment may confirm the registration and seat while that offer-specific assignment remains pending. The customer then has no further payment or action to complete. Only the authorized operational action defined for the offer may confirm the assignment.
For a private offer, verified payment confirms the package. Booking access opens only after that verification and only when the package requires appointments.
6. Communications and access
Transactional communications may concern the reference, payment status, confirmation, schedule assignment, booking access, an appointment, a private Zoom link, in-person details, a cancellation, a refund or a certificate.
The customer must protect any private access link or code they receive. Zoom links, booking information and private payment details must not be published.
7. Certificates
Payment alone never creates automatic certificate eligibility. Eligibility depends exclusively on the approved requirements of the selected offer, which may include attendance, completed sessions, practical work and a final project. The exact criteria must appear in the commercial supplement applicable to that offer.
Edou Jay may create and send the certificate manually.
8. Changes and historical records
Edou Jay Formation Professionnelle may publish new offers or new policy versions. A new version applies only to transactions that accept it after it takes effect, unless a mandatory obligation requires otherwise. The offer facts and policy version accepted when the customer registered and paid remain associated with the customer’s historical record.
